GW期間に有田陶器市に行くこともあり、前から気になっていた『佐嘉平川屋(武雄温泉本店)』にも行ってきました！
特に事前予約などもせず行きましたが、店内で食事することが出来ましたので、メニューや店内の様子など紹介していきたいと思います。

お店の様子
GW初日、お店に到着したのはAM10:00。渋滞に巻き込まれながらも無事到着。駐車場は12台ということで、停められるか不安でしたが、まだまだ空きスペースもあり無事店内へ。
まだ一部食材の品出し等も行われていましたが、テイクアウトに関しては9時からということでした。
商品棚には様々な種類の豆腐が並べられており、豆腐好きにはたまらない空間になってます。
コースについて
店内での食事に関しては、10：00からとのことで、到着して早速食事に。
今回予約なしで入店できたものの、半分は予約席で埋まっていた為、行かれる方は事前予約を忘れずに(^^;
座席につく前に2種類のコースから選びます。
・温泉湯豆腐御膳(肉無し) ￥2,500－

今回朝から何も食べておらず、お腹ぺこぺこの状態でしたので、迷わず華(肉付き)に！
店内は1階席と2階席がありましたが、今回１階席に案内していただきました。(写真は1階席の様子)
１階席は写真の他に2テーブル(2人掛け)あり、計6テーブルありました。
ちなみに子供用の椅子も1つ置いてありましたので、お子様が一緒でも安心です!(^^)!
最初に出てきた甘酒と豆乳のブレンド。この日は暑かった為ICEにしました。
メインの湯豆腐。15分ほど湯がき、角が崩れてきたら食べごろとのこと。
季節のお豆腐(豆腐田楽 手前)、胡麻豆腐(左奥)、落花生豆腐(右奥)
落花生には塩＆オリーブオイル、豆腐田楽には出し醤油＆柚子胡椒がおすすめとのこと。
佐賀県産ありたどり、金星豚、季節のお野菜の盛り合わせ。
角が崩れた湯豆腐を、ポン酢or出し醤油or胡麻ダレで食べてから鍋で入れるとのこと。
湯豆腐、お肉もですが、お野菜も絶品でした(*‘∀‘)
締めの雑炊はもちろん最高！
豆乳胡麻ぜんざい、嬉野煎茶。
豆乳胡麻ぜんざいの程よい甘さと、嬉野煎茶の程よい渋みがマッチしていました！
テイクアウト可能な人気メニューの豆乳ソフトなどもありましたが、豆乳胡麻ぜんざいで満たされていた為またの機会に、、
お会計については、一通りキャッシュレスも利用可能でした！(現金をあまり持たないまおみには助かります(´▽｀) )

2022年9月23日西九州新幹線の開業に合わせてオープンした当店。
今回は予約せず入店できましたが、店を出る頃には観光客の姿で溢れていました。
さすが人気店、、
味もさる事ながら、健康志向の方などにもおすすめのお店でした。
伊万里牛や呼子のイカなどが有名な佐賀県ですが、『佐嘉平川屋』へも行かれてみてはいかがでしょうか？
